Do you only work with lawyers? +

I specialize in lawyers because I was one myself for seven years. But I also work with in-house counsels, other legal professionals, and people in other intense jobs. What works for high-pressure legal environments works for them too.

P.S.

I know the in-house perspective well — I did a secondment with a major media company for over a year, spending 1–3 days per week there (and the rest in the law firm).

Where do you deliver workshops? +

On-site at your offices, off-site at your chosen location, or via Zoom for maximum flexibility. Zoom works particularly well for bringing together teams from different offices — whether regional or international. I work globally and can adapt to your preferred format.

What group sizes work best? +

I work effectively with teams of 8-50+ participants. Sweet spot is 12-25 for optimal interaction and personalized attention. Larger groups work excellently for firm-wide culture building. The CALM System scales to any size.

What languages do you work in? +

German (native) and English. I spent two years in London, earned my LL.M. at UCL, and worked with international clients throughout my legal career.
